Known as “The Car Guy’s Car Show”, the Benedict Castle Concours and Car Show is unique in bringing together all elements of the car hobby. It celebrates the breadth of the car hobby with the common theme being PASSION! We have it all—stunning Concours Winners, Rocking Hot Rods, Powerful Muscle Cars, Wild Exotics, Killer Customs, Rumbling Race Cars, Tricked Out Trucks, Blazing Motorcycles and so much more. Treasured Awards are given to the top cars in every category. With hundreds of unique vehicles on display on the beautiful Benedict Castle grounds, there’s something for everyone at our show!

The Benedict Castle is often referred to as the crown jewel of the Inland Empire.  There is no other Car Show or Concours held at this kind of venue. The cars are displayed on terraced lawns surrounding the castle that are beautifully manicured to match the perfection of the cars.

Those attending are continually struck by the elegance of the cars being displayed on grass with the Castle as their backdrop.  The hilltop campus features elevation changes, allowing for a variety of campus viewing points and staging the vehicles in unique positions for stunning photography and viewing.

SUNDAY CASTLE TOUR TICKET

Take a docent guided tour through one of the most iconic destinations in Southern California. This is a rare chance to walk the private areas of the castle and stroll the rooms where movies were made and dreams were born. Benedict Castle is the setting for over one hundred films, including Hunchback of Notre Dame, Bride of Frankenstein, 1948’s Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein and 1965’s Two On a Guillotine. You’ll also learn more about noted architect Henry Jeckel, perhaps best known for the exquisite Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, who served as the chief architect on the castle project over the course of 9 years starting in 1922.

Orange Plaza Rotary is the proud host of the Annual Orange Plaza Car Show. Money raised will help fund community outreach programs, youth education, and literacy programs.

Nearly 400 1975 and older Street Rods, Custom and Classic vehicles will be on display. The show is estimated to bring out 20,000+ spectators to the beautiful Plaza area in the City of Orange. It is a wonderful event for the entire family to enjoy. Local restaurants and shops will welcome all in attendance. There is no admission fee for spectators. The show will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Once we sell out, no more spaces are available. However, we do have standby registration opportunities beginning at 5:45AM on the day of the event as space permits ($70 cash only, t-shirt NOT included). Standby forms will be available on the Southwest corner of Chapman & Grand beginning at 5:45AM- first come, first served.

All participants agree to comply with all the required local and State COVID-19 Health and Safety guidance and/or restrictions on large scale outdoor events in place on April 13, 2025.

What are my transportation/parking options?

The Orange Plaza Car Show is a short walking distance from the Orange Transportation Center. Take the Metrolink or OCTA and you are there!

Driving to the show? Get off the 57 or 55 freeways at Chapman Avenue and head toward the center of Orange. You can't miss us! Free parking available in public lots surrounding the Orange Plaza Car Show.

What Can I Bring Into the Show?

You are welcome to bring your children and infants in strollers, bottled water and snacks in coolers. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS, GLASS CONTAINERS, RECREATIONAL SCOOTERS, ROLLER SKATES OR BICYCLES. NO ALCOHOL! WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AND ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE CITED BY ON-DUTY ORANGE POLICE OFFICERS.

The Inaugural  HotRods ‘N Helos Classic Car Show – Sunday, March 30, 2025

For the first time ever, QruisinPCH the creators of the iconic Quarantine Cruise—hailed by MotorTrend and Hot Rod Magazine as the largest car cruise in the nation, are uniting with the “42 Foundation” (Huntington Beach Police Officers Association) to bring the passion for car culture to Surf City for the HotRods ‘N Helos Classic Car Show – Sunday, March 30th, 2025. This inaugural event, presented by Optimum First Mortgage, combines the thrill of Southern California’s classic car culture with a unique aerial twist.

HotRods ‘N Helos will showcase the best of SoCal’s car culture: Hot Rods, Classics, Customs, Vintage, Trucks, Old Muscle, and more, all set against the stunning backdrop of Huntington Beach in Orange County, CA. Adding to the excitement, these cherished vehicles will be displayed alongside law enforcement and privately-owned helicopters, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for attendees.
